He is a vice-chief director of Planning and Aids Management Office, Provincial Department of Education Youth and Sport, Preah Sihanouk province. He has experience working in primary, lower secondary, higher education, and teacher education. As concerned with his qualification, he completed a Master’s Degree in Educational Management and Planning in 2015 from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia). He graduated his Bachelor of Education in TEFL in 2007 from University of Management and Economics (Cambodia). He finished the teacher training course in Higher Education from National Institute of Education (Cambodia) in 2013, held the certificate of Public Administration from Royal Administrative School (Cambodia) in 2017.

He is a teacher trainer and head of the social subject department, Sihanouk Provincial Teacher Training Center. He has experience working in both secondary, tertiary education, and teacher education. As concerned to his qualification, he completed Professional Development Programme in English Language Teaching Methodology for Cambodian Master Teacher Trainers in 2017 from Regional Language Centre (Singapore), Graduate Certificate in TESOL in 2015 from University of Canberra (Australia), Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in 2013 from Indonesia University of Education (Indonesia). He graduated with his Bachelor of Education in TEFL in 2010 from the University of Management and Economics (Cambodia) and finished the teacher training course in Teacher of Basic Education from Takeo Regional Teacher Training Center (Cambodia) in 2005.
SARATH CHHUM

Mr. Sarath is now teaching English at a high school in Sihanoukville. He started his teaching career in 2005.
Relating to his qualifications, he graduated with his Master’s Degree in Educational Management and Administration in 2018 from the National Institute of Education, under the scholarship of Cambodia International Education Support Foundation (CIESF), Japanese-founded NGO. He completed his Bachelor of Education in TEFL in 2009 from the University of Management and Economics. He also gained the Certificate of Community Management from Thai-German Institute (Thailand) in 2008. Importantly, he graduated with his teaching certificate in Basic Education from Takeo Regional Teacher Training Center in 2005.
DR. SOCHEATH MAM
Senior Trainer
Dr. Socheath MAM is a senior trainer of Sihanoukville Center of Education (SCE). He is also a head of the Department of Lifelong Learning in the Faculty of Education, Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and a coordinator of School Leadership Upgrading Program (LUP) of RUPP under SEIP’s MoEYS.
He has worked in the education discipline since 2005 through secondary education level to tertiary education level. He obtained his Ph.D. in Development Education from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2016 after earning his Bachelor of Education in TEFL in 2007 and Master of Education in Educational Research and Evaluation in 2011, and completing the teacher training courses for Teacher of Basic Education degree in 2005 and Teacher with Higher Education degree from NIE in 2008.
The areas of his interests include educational policy and leadership, educational evaluation, teaching methodology and andragogy, adult learning and education, teacher education, educational research methodology, and education for sustainable development.

សព្វថ្ងៃនេះលោកគ្រូ ចំរ៉ុង ក៍ជាសាស្ត្រាចារ្យបង្រៀននៅតាមសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានានៅក្នុងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុផងដែរ។
លោកគ្រូ ចំរ៉ុង បានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ ជំនាញបង្រៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេសពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបៀលប្រាយ (២០១៧) និងបរិញ្ញាបត្រអប់រំ ជំនាញបង្រៀន និងបកប្រែភាសាអង់គ្លេស ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យគ្រប់គ្រង និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច (២០១២)។
នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៣ លោកគ្រូ ចំរ៉ុង បានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូកម្រិតឧត្តម ឯកទេសភាសាអង់គ្លេស-អក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំ។ ឆ្នាំ២០០៩ លោកគ្រូ ចំរ៉ុង បានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្រៀនកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន ឯកទេសភាសាអង់គ្លេស-អក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលគរុកោសល្យភូមិភាគខេត្តតាកែវ។
ដោយមានសមត្ថភាព ទេពកោសល្យ បទពិសោធន៍ និងសីលធ៌មថ្លៃថ្នូរ ប្រកបដោយមនសិការវិជ្ជាជីវៈជាគ្រូបង្រៀន លោកគ្រូ ចំរ៉ុងទទួលបានការគោរពស្រឡាញ់ និងកោតសរសើរពីមហាជនជាច្រើន ជាពិសេសពីសំណាក់ សិស្សានុសិស្ស ឪពុក ម្តាយ និងអាណាព្យាបាលសិស្ស ក្នុងការបង្ហាត់ បង្រៀនសិស្សឱ្យទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង បំណិន និងមានក្រមសីលធ៌មល្អ ក្នុងការរស់នៅក្នុងសង្គម។

អ្នកគ្រូម៉ាលីកា បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា លើជំនាញបង្រៀននៅបឋមសិក្សានិង គរុកោសល្យ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ហើយសព្វថ្ងៃជាគ្រូបង្រៀននៅសាលា បឋមសិក្សា សម្ដេចជា ស៊ីម ក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ។
តាមបទពិសោធន៍បង្រៀនកុមារ ថ្នាក់ទី ១ អស់រយៈពេលជិត ១០ ឆ្នាំមកនេះ អ្នកគ្រូមានជំនាញ ក្នុងការជួយសិស្សខ្សោយលើមុខវិជ្ជា ភាសាខ្មែរ និងគណិតវិទ្យា យ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

លោកគ្រូ វណ្ណដា ជាមន្ត្រីក្នុង ការិយាល័យផែនការនិងគ្រប់គ្រងជំនួយ នៅមន្ទីអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។
លោកគ្រូវណ្ណដា បានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតផ្នែកអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ (2019) និង បញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូកម្រិតឧត្តមសិក្សា ផ្នែក អក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ពីវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំ (2018)។ លោកគ្រូវណ្ណដាបានបញ្ចប់ បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ពីរ គឺផ្នែកអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអង្គរខេមរា (2016) និង ផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រង ពីសាកលវិទ្យាខ្មែរបច្ចេកវិទ្យានិងគ្រប់គ្រង (2013) ព្រមទំាងបញ្ចប់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រ គ្រូមធ្យមសិក្សា មុខវិជ្ជា ភាសាខ្មែរ-សីលធម៌ពលរដ្ឋ ពីមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលគរុកោសល្យភូមិភាគតាកែវ (2013)។

អ្នកគ្រូ សុភី បានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រភាសាអង់គ្លេសពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យគ្រប់គ្រង និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច (២០១៦) និង បញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យខ្មែរបច្ចេកវិទ្យា (២០១៨)។
អ្នកគ្រូ សុភី បានបញ្ចប់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្រៀនកម្រិតបឋមពីសាលាគរុកោសល្យ និងវិក្រឹតការ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ (២០០១) ហើយថ្មីៗនេះអ្នកគ្រូ សុភីបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន លើមុខវិជ្ជាភាសាខ្មែរ-គេហកិច្ច នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលភូមិភាគ ខេត្តតាកែវ (២០១៦) ។
តាមរយៈបទពិសោធន៍ សមត្ថភាព ទេពកោសល្យ និងមនសិការវិជ្ជាជីវៈ អ្នកគ្រូ សុភីទទួលបានការគាំទ្រ និងកោតសរសើរពីមហាជន ឪពុក ម្តាយ និងអាណាព្យាបាលសិស្សជាច្រើន ក្នុងការបង្រៀនសិស្សឱ្យទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង បំណិន និងមានសីលធ៌មល្អក្នុងការរស់នៅក្នុងសង្គម។ លើសពីនេះទៀតអ្នកគ្រូ សុភីមានទេពកោសល្យក្នុងការបង្ហាត់បង្រៀន និងជួយកុមារដែលរៀនយឺតលើមុខវិជ្ជាភាសាខ្មែរ និងគណិតវិទ្យាប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។
CHANTHA TOUCH

Before becoming a Deputy Head of General Affairs Office, Department of Information Technology and Public Relations, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Mr. Chantha used to work in the education field for almost 20 years.
He graduated with his Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) in 2014 and Bachelor of Education in TEFL in 2007. He also gained his teaching certificate in Higher Education from the National Institute of Education in 2014. Recently he has got the certificate of Public Administration from the Royal Administrative School.

អ្នកគ្រូ ធីតា ទទួលបានការគោរពស្រឡាញ់ និងកោតសរសើរពីសិស្សានុសិស្ស ឪពុក ម្តាយ និងអាណាព្យាបាលសិស្សជាច្រើន ក្នុងការបង្រៀនសិស្សឱ្យទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង បំណិន និងមានក្រមសីលធ៌មល្អ ដោយសារអ្នកគ្រូមានទេពកោសល្យ សមត្ថភាព និងបទពិសោធន៍ ក្នុងការបង្ហាត់ បង្រៀនសិស្សានុសិស្សប្រកបដោយក្រមសីលធ៌មវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។

Senior Teacher
Mr. Ravy is a high school teacher and also trainer at Sihanoukville Center of Education (SCE). Before joining SCE, he has experienced working as ESL teachers at two institutions in, Student Resource Development Organization and American English Institute, and as Editor Volunteer/ Child message translator at ActionAid Cambodia Organization. All is based in Phnom Penh.
He graduated his Master of Education in Teaching English as a Global Language from Burapha
University (BUU), Chonburi, Thailand in 2019, Certificate of Teacher with Higher Education Degree at National
Institute of Education (NIE) 2013 and Bachelor Degree of Teaching English as a Foreign
Language (TEFL) at Norton University (NU) in 2012. Besides, he joined some professional
training courses such as Journalist and Writer, English Writing Skills, and English Grammar for Writing.
